Travel Highlights Greece

Athens
The city with the most glorious history in the world, a city worshipped by gods and people, a magical city. The enchanting capital of Greece has always been a birthplace for civilization. It is the city where democracy was born and most of the wise men of ancient times. The most important civilization of ancient world flourished in Athens. Modern day Athens provides state-of-the-art conference centres, exceptional hotels, eclectic and historic venues, sightseeing, island hopping, and numerous entertainment options.
It is also one of the more favourable and sunny spots of Europe.
This is the birthplace of music, festivals, theater, fun! Once the glory of the classical world, the city still pulses with life and holds a great fascination for large numbers of visitors all year. Ancient Athens mixed with modern Athens - alive and kicking.

Corfu
Corfu is the most popular of the Ionian Islands. It is a very green island and a mixture of the civilizations that have passed through at various times.
The town of Corfu (Kerkyra) impresses and charms the visitor with its two forts, narrow streets, tall houses, arcades, Venetian-built Town Hall, church to Saint Spyridon, the corfu island's patron saint, flower-filled gardens, and balconies with their superb wrought-iron fences. Flooded with sights, Corfu is a small paradise on Earth.

Crete
Crete island is the largest of Greece and is located in the south of the Aegean Sea. Crete is one of the most famous Greek islands. It is separated in 4 prefectures: Chania, Heraklion, Lassithi and Rethymno. The island has everything to offer: mountainous landscapes, a coast with many beautiful beaches and rocky coves, beautiful towns and charming villages and harbors, excellent food, ruins of the Minoan Civilization, one of the greatest civilization ever, an exciting nightlife...

Meteora
Some of the most extraordinary monasteries in the world cling to these massive rocks, whose name derives from the verb meteorízo, to suspend in the air.

Mykonos
Mykonos is so beautiful, it is no accident that it has become one of the most desired destinations in the world. It has a cosmopolitan lifestyle, sophisticated nightlife and the historic treasures of the nearby Delos.

Mystras
A romantically ruined walled town, clinging to a conical crag and topped by a castle.

Olympia
The sanctuary here was in use for two millennia as a religious and athletic centre. The stadium has a 192-metre running course and surviving vaulted entrance.

Rhodes
The best-known of the Dodecanese islands, Rhodes (Ródhos) is endowed with a balmy climate and a wealth of monuments.

Santorini
Entering the bay of Santoríni on a boat is one of Greece's great experiences. Broken pieces of a volcano's rim - Santoríni and its attendant islets - form a multicoloured circle around a seemingly bottomless lagoon. The Atlantis legend, so it is thought, begins here.
